Phone-style chats
Conversations read like the phone they came from, with photos and videos inline.
WarrantHound opens the returns Google, Snapchat and Instagram / Facebook send back and lays them out the way you'd read a phone: chats, photos, logins, places. It runs on your own Windows PC. No upload, no cloud, no lab queue.
Providers answer a warrant with folders of HTML, JSON, CSV and media in their own layouts. Picking through them by hand takes days, and sending them out for processing means waiting in a queue.
WarrantHound is a review tool for the person working the case. Point it at the return, and read it on your own machine the same afternoon. The files are opened read-only and hashed on import, and everything stays on the computer in front of you.
Conversations read like the phone they came from, with photos and videos inline.
Every photo and video from the return in one grid, instead of buried in folders.
Sign-ins, devices and IP addresses pulled into one sortable list, ready for the next subpoena.
Location records plotted on a map, so you can see where the account was and when.
Tag what matters as you read, or switch on tag mode to work through a return item by item.
Export what you tagged as a clean PDF for the case file or the prosecutor, with picture redaction built in.
Compare a return against NCMEC CyberTip PDFs and known-image hash lists to see what matches.
New provider or format? The app builds a structure sample (layout only, no case content) so support can be added.
Point WarrantHound at the zip or folder the provider sent. It recognizes the provider and lays out what's inside. No conversion steps, no scripts.
Chats, the gallery, logins and IPs, and the map are each one click away, in plain views a non-technical reader can follow.
Tag what matters as you go. When you're done, export a court-ready PDF with pictures redacted where you need them.

Today: Google, Snapchat and Instagram / Facebook (Meta), in the formats those providers produce for law-enforcement process. Discord, Dropbox and Kik are coming next. Unrecognized files are still listed so nothing is hidden, and the app can build a structure sample (layout only, no case content) to help add a new provider.
Only law-enforcement personnel, prosecutors' investigators and similar agency staff. Every request is reviewed by a person, usually including a call to the supervisor you list. We do not sell to the public.
Each user downloads a small signed license file from this portal. It contains your name, agency and the end date. Renewing just means downloading a fresh file. If a license lapses you can still open existing cases and reports; you just can't add new evidence until it's renewed.
